Sales progression software

Built by an estate agent, not a software company.

Every sale tracked through all 24 stages, your buyers and sellers updated automatically, and all of it under your own brand — built from 22 years of actually doing the job.

What it does

Six things it does that your spreadsheet and your diary do not.

Stage tracking

Twenty-four stages across four phases, ticked as each one lands, with a traffic light against every target completion.

Automatic updates

A weekly update email to both sides, like clockwork, under your branding — and nothing goes out without your approval.

Client portal

Buyers and sellers check their own sale at any hour, in plain English, with your name on the door and never ours.

Milestone videos

Short films in your face and your voice, sent when a stage is ticked, so the stage that worries people most is already answered.

Chain view

Every property in the chain, bottom to top, and when it splits into two onward moves the map shows the fork. No other system does.

Chase list

One chase per file on its own schedule, flagged when it is due, with the exact stage to chase and who owes you the answer.

Six only. Everything else is on the Features page.

How it works

Four steps, and the software does the rest.

1

Open the sale

Address, price, both parties, both solicitors. Two minutes. The 24 stages and the chase schedule are on the file before you close the tab.

2

Invite buyer and seller

Each side gets a link to a portal under your brand. They see where the sale is, in plain English, whenever they like, and stop ringing to ask.

3

Tick, chase, forward

Tick a stage as it lands. The chase list tells you who to ring and about what. Solicitor replies are read and matched to the right file for you.

4

Complete and hand over

Moving day opens at exchange. The completion reminders for both sides are drafted and waiting, and the review request goes when they are happiest.

Try it

The portal your clients see.

This is the live panel, not a picture of one. Click a stage on the left and read what your seller would read.

Where you are

Enquiries raised

The buyer's solicitor has raised their legal questions about the property. Your solicitor answers them — this is usually the longest part of the process.

White label

Your name on it.

Your clients never see ours. The portal, the emails and every update carry your name, your logo and your colours — and the sender address and the portal's own web address are yours as well. Move With You works quietly in the background while your agency takes the credit.

Same portal, two agency brands. Switch between them.

Why agencies choose it

Built for the job as it actually is.

Your brand, never ours

Portal, emails, videos, memos, invoices and letterhead all carry your name, your logo and your colours. The sender address and the portal's web address are yours as well.

Twenty-four stages, four phases

Every stage a real sale goes through, from memo to keys, on every file from the day it opens. Nothing is left to memory and nothing vanishes between exchange and completion.

Chasing on a schedule, not on memory

One chase per file on its own schedule, flagged when it is due, with the exact stage to chase and who owes you the answer. Paused when a file needs leaving alone.

Traffic lights against a target date

Every sale carries a target completion. Green, amber or red against it tells you at a glance which files need you this morning and which can wait.

Solicitor replies filed for you

Inbound replies are summarised and matched to the right file and stage, ready for you to accept. The week's follow-ups go out in one batch.

Videos that answer the worrying stage

Short films in your face and your voice, sent the moment a stage is ticked, so the question a nervous seller was about to ring you with is already answered.

The whole chain on one screen

Every property in the chain, bottom to top, on the file and on the client's page with door numbers removed. When two sellers buy separately the chain splits, and the map draws the fork rather than pretending it is a straight line. You always know what a sale is waiting on.

Moving day, built in

At exchange the portal opens a moving day page for each side: keys, meter readings, removals and the day-before reminders, drafted and waiting for your approval.

Why I built it

Why I built it

22 years on the front line.

Most progression software is built by developers who have never chased a solicitor, never explained a delayed search to an anxious seller, and never watched a chain collapse for want of a phone call.

I've spent 22 years in estate agency and sales progression. I know exactly where sales stall, exactly what clients worry about between exchange and completion, and exactly which update — sent at exactly the right moment — keeps a nervous buyer in the chain. So I built the platform I always wished existed.

More about how it came about

Questions

The four I get asked first.

Do my clients know it isn't ours?

No. Everything a buyer or seller sees carries your name, your logo and your colours: the portal, the weekly emails, the milestone videos, the letterhead. The sender address and the portal's web address are yours too. Your clients never see ours.

How long does setup take?

Your logo and colours go on the portal during the demo call itself, and we open one of your live sales while you watch. After that, opening a new sale takes minutes: the 24 stages are ready on every file, and the chasing schedule starts on its own.

Does it work for multi-branch?

Yes. Run more than one agency brand from the same pipeline, each with its own logo and palette, and add agents as you grow — each with their own files and their own branding, on one pipeline you can see all of.

I'm a self-employed eXp agent — is it for me?

It was built inside an eXp UK practice, so the workflow assumes self-employed agents, personal brands and no back-office progressor to lean on. Every eXp UK agent gets a discount: quote EXPUK when you book. The eXp page has the detail.

See it on one of your own sales.

20 minutes, screen share, your logo on the portal.
