Features

Everything the platform does.

Nothing here is on the list because a product manager thought it sounded good. This is what twenty-two years of chasing solicitors, explaining delayed searches and holding chains together actually needs.

Progression

Stage tracking.

Every live file on one screen: address, price, progress ring, current phase, days elapsed and fee — searchable, sortable, filterable by phase. It replaces the spreadsheet, the diary and the Friday afternoon of ringing round.

A sale does not vanish between exchange and completion, which is exactly when keys, meter readings and removals are being chased. And each file carries one chase on its own schedule, flagged when it is due, with the exact stage to chase and who owes you the answer. The timer resets on real activity — an email sent, a note added or a stage ticked all count.

  • 24 stages, grouped into four phases
  • Target-date traffic light on every sale
  • Days elapsed, and the week's solicitor follow-ups sent in a batch

Client comms

Updates like clockwork.

A weekly update email goes to both sides on schedule, under your branding, and nothing client-facing goes out without your approval. Solicitor replies are summarised and matched to the right file and stage, ready for you to accept. Short explainer films are attached to the stages that worry people most, so conveyancing stops being a black box.

  • Weekly, automatic, under your name
  • Plain English, no legal jargon
  • Inbound replies read and filed for you

Portal

The client portal.

Twenty-four stages across four phases, each with a client-facing line that explains what it means — no internal language, ever. Their position in the chain, bottom to top, with door numbers removed for privacy. Your updates, the files you have shared, and their solicitor's and agent's details in one place. And from exchange, a moving-day page: the countdown, handover details, meter readings and the first-week essentials.

  • Progress in plain English, day or night
  • The chain, redacted; journal, documents and contacts
  • Moving day opens at exchange

Split chains

Split chains? No problem.

Two sellers buying separately. A couple parting and each purchasing. A seller with a second home to find. Every other system draws a chain as one straight line, so the moment it forks the map is wrong and the client is left guessing.

Move With You draws the fork. The shared chain below, the onward moves above it side by side, each chased on its own schedule, and the client's page shows the same picture without door numbers. The completion forecast counts the longest path, not every property twice.

  • Up to three onward moves above one shared chain
  • Each seller sees their own move; the buyer sees why the sale waits on both
  • One map, shared with every file on the chain

And the rest

The rest of what a real sale needs.

Chain view

Every property in the chain, bottom to top, forks included, on the file and on the client's page without door numbers.

One chase per file on its own schedule, paused when a file needs leaving alone.
